Dogpatch Live/Work

Formerly an industrial area of San Francisco, the Dogpatch was transformed in the early 2000's with a proliferation of Live/Work condos well suited for artists and young professionals. As more people are putting down long term roots in the neighborhood, this project had dual goals of improving the functionality of the two-level living space and increasing storage capacity for a growing family, while maintaining and updating the urban chic aesthetic.
