LA Cinema House

A classic Italiante Revival home previously underwent an extensive renovation to it's upper level implementing modern details while retaining the home's vintage character. This current project adds new living space on the lower level and continues the aesthetic symbiosis of modern & vintage elements throughout the house. A screening room for a documentary filmmaker is a centerpiece of the new renovation, and it's moody vibe is intentionally evocative of the gilded Hollywood era.
