Terrace House

A growing family of four needed more space for dedicated home offices and visiting relatives in their 1900 classic Edwardian located in San Francisco’s Lower Pacific Heights neighborhood. The project expands the garage and upper floors, while drastically modernizing the main floor and rear facade. New skylights and a relocated stair draw light deep into the lowest level.
